My work explores art as both rest and connection, using mark-making, color, and reflection to create space for slowing down and being present. Inspired by spirituality and everyday rhythms, I allow my pieces to unfold organically, inviting others to embrace imperfection and discovery. Through this process, I hope to nurture both personal growth and shared creative experience.

As an art educator, I believe every student is an artist with a unique voice, and my role is to guide them in discovering and developing that voice. My teaching is rooted in a constructivist approach, where students learn through hands-on experiences, open-ended exploration, and reflection. By integrating cultural and historical perspectives with opportunities for journaling, critique, and dialogue, I empower students to see art not just as a subject, but as a tool for creativity, self-expression, and connection to the world around them.
